Introduction Level Course

Description
This course aims to introduce the components of Microsoft Outlook and provide the basic skills necessary for participants to send and receive mail, schedule appointments and insert events, manage a contact list, create notes, manage a task list and use the Journal.

Learning Outcomes

Upon completing this course, participants will be able to:

  • Start and end a session with Outlook 
  • Identify the main areas of the Outlook interface
  • Address, create and send messages
  • Read, print and store messages
